Return & Refund Policy

We accept refund requests only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped, or
  • The item arrives damaged or defective.

To file a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number, description of issue, and photos (if applicable).

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns due to sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Please note: Stripe's non-refundable processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction will be deducted from all refunds. This fee is charged by Stripe at the time of payment and is not returned to us when a refund is issued.
